Bathroom Remodel - North Fort Myers, Florida
Project Description: Completely remodeled a bathroom from demolition down to the studs, joists and concrete slab. All new plumbing and electrical was roughed in. New deep steel tub and porcelain slate tile was installed on floor and inside shower area with glass accent border. New vanity and granite counter was installed along with new toilet and oiled rubbed bronze accessories including grab bars and curved shower rod. Entire project was done in less than 2 weeks. Kitchen Remodel - North Fort Myers, Florida
Project Description: Completely remodeled a condo apartment kitchen down to the studs, removing interior walls and construction new walls to expand the kitchen and make a full open concept kitchen to the rest of the apartment. We rewired the kitchen with all new electrical including ceiling fan, under cabinet lighting and accent lights. We also reworked the plumbing to include water supply for ice machine, dishwasher and disposal. All new solid wood cabinets were built with dovetail drawers and crown molding. Custom tile work was also done on the floors and backsplash. Solid Granite Counters installed to complete the remodel. Entire project was done in less than 2 weeks. [view photos]

Bathroom Remodel - Kingston , NY
Project Description: Completely remodeled an upstairs bathroom from demolition down to the studs, joists and roof rafters. All new rough plumbing and electrical. Custom marble mosaic floor was installed and white classic subway tile installed throughout the tub surround. New vinyl window, toilet, vanity and sink, trim, door as well as fixtures were all installed to complete the bathroom renovation. Commercial Build-Out Office Space - Red Hook , NY
Project Description: 1600 sq ft Commercial Build-Out for an office in the old historic chocolate factory building. This was a two part project, 1st part included framing out interior conference room, hanging drywall on a vaulted ceiling, taping sheetrock & plastering the walls, priming and painting. 2nd part included installation of Tranquility 4mm Laguna Hills Click Resilient Vinyl and Eco Silent Sound HD Underlayment, installation of drop ceiling grid and custom trim base molding along the entire 1600 sq ft. Drywall Hanging & Sheetrock Taping - Carmel, NY
Project Description: We were contracted by home owner to Hang and Finished the Drywall in this small 970 sq ft cottage bugalow in Carmel, NY located in Putnam County. Over the process of a few days we hung the 1/2 " ultralight drywall on the ceiling and walls and taped all joints with mesh tape and all inside corners were paper taped. Sheetrock Taping & Finishing - Airmont, NY
Project Description: Sheetrock Taping and Finishing of a Kitchen Remodel town of Airmont, NY located in Rockland County. Contacted by the homeowners to finish off their kitchen within 1 day. All joints were taped with mesh tape and all inside corners were taped. We used easy sand 90 minute joint compound to put three coats on all surfaces and final sanding or super smooth surface ready for prime and paint. Take a look at the time elapsed video. Drywall Hanging & Sheetrock Taping - Middletown, NY
Project Description: I was contacted by the homeowners to finish off their basement which was framed out. I installed 5/8" sheetrock on all walls and ceiling and taped and finished the sheetrock in this 600 sq ft basement in Middletown, NY. The job was about 35 sheets of drywall and some extreme angles due to custom shelves in corner of room. All joints were taped with mesh tape and all inside corners were taped. The corner edges we used sheetrock metal tape edge. We used easy sand 90 minute joint compound and pre-mixed joint compound to put three coats on all surfaces and final sanding or super smooth surface ready for prime and paint. Bathroom Remodel - Beacon, NY
Project Description: Completely remodeled an upstairs bathroom from demolition down to the studs, joists and roof rafters. All new plumbing and electrical was roughed in. Custom shower enclosure was accented with a glass tile border and one glass tile wall, the remaining walls and ceiling were subway tile. Built a custom solid maple plywood overhead cabinet for additional storage and built light backs from same pre-finished plywood to tie it all together. Sheetrock Taping & Finishing - Olivebridge, NY
Project Description: I was contacted by the homeowners and builders to tape and finish the sheetrock in this small 1200+ sq ft home in Olivebridge, NY. The job was about 70 sheets of drywall and some extreme angles due to vaulted ceilings in rooms as well as staircases to upstairs and down into the basement. All joints were taped with mesh tape and all inside corners were taped. The corner edges we used sheetrock metal tape edge. Custom Mission Style Cabinet - Kingston, NY
Project Description: Built a custom floor to ceiling Arts & Crafts inspired cabinet. Cabinet was made out of solid pre-finished cabinet grade plywood and included gentle curved arch along floor, solid oak shelf, soft close dovetail drawer and doors, distressed paint and antique glazing as well as adjustable shelves. Doors and drawers were inset with a bead detail. The piece was built around an antique radio and depth was built to accommodate ceiling fan blades. Attic Remodel - Hurley, NY
Project Description: Homeowner had attempted previously with another contractor to remodel the attic space into liveable space unsuccessfully. After sanding down 1st coat of joint compound put on poorly with no tape, we installed the remaining drywall and put three coats of joint compound feathering each new pass over the last. The result was a close as possible seamless drywall installation. We primed and painted all the walls and installed new vinyl replacement windows. Custom mission style doors and trim work. The existing 100 year old attic floors were sanded and three coats of poly were applied for a Georgeous looking floor not able to be replicated with a new floor. Check out the video. [view photos]

Bathroom Remodel - Washingtonville, NY
Project Description: Completely remodeling a small full-size bathroom from demolition down to the studs. We built a custom shaped shower enclosure with a stone tile border and stone tile floor. As part of the bathroom renovation we added new electrical, new plumbing, new drywall, new shower pan membrane, new vanity and new toilet. We also built a small closet inside the new bathroom. Kitchen Remodel - Nyack, NY
Project Description: Completely transformed this home with a new open floor plan kitchen with updated appliances, custom granite counters, custom chocolate RTA Cabinets, 18" porcelain tile flooring, new electrical, new PEX plumbing, enclosed front foyer and new custom hand carved mahagony front door. Agape Remodeling handled every aspect of this project from demolition to tile installation to drywall and cabinet assembly/installation. Custom built window seat was also built in the eat-in area of the kitchen to provide seating as well as additional storage space. Many small details such as custom window trim, small shelves, under cabinet light trim, base trim were all added for that custom one of a kind kitchen. [view photos]

Foyer Enclosed - Nyack, NY
Project Description: As part of a large scale kitchen remodel, we also enclosed a small porch to create an enclosed foyer with a new closet area. Walls and ceiling were framed according to building plans, exterior was sided with T1-11 siding and stained to match existing exterior siding. Walls, ceiling and floor were all insulated. A long window was framed and trimmed to give a side light appearance next to new custom carved solid mahogany wood door. The floor was 18" porcelain tiles that continued into the new kitchen and renovated bathroom. [view photos]

Kitchen Remodel - Hurley, NY
Project Description: Completely new kitchen was built along with a laundry room. The kitchen included solid maple mission style kitchen cabinets, solid 1" thick granite counters, engineered hardwood flooring, custom bookcase, custom mission style doors and trim work. New electrical and new plumbing was run to all the new appliances. A pot filler was installed over the range. New subway tile and glass insert tile was used as a backsplash. Room was painted and existing hardwood floors in the dining room and rest of the home was sanded and stained to match new pre-finished hardwood in kitchen. Craftsman Mission Style Fireplace and Fireplace Mantel- Hurley, NY
Project Description: Completely transformed existing brick fireplace into a craftsman mission-style fireplace including 3x6 slate subway tile, mission style fireplace screen, cast iron mission style vents, custom built oak craftsman mission-style fireplace mantel. Walls were painted with a earthtone flat paint keeping in tradition with craftsman period architecture. Floors were sanded and refinished and stained. [view photos]

Small Home Addition and Large Deck - Hurley, NY
Project Description: Built a small addition and a large deck onto a small home in Upstate New York. Small addition measures 14' x 12' and deck measures 22' x 14'. New addition was wrapped in cedar lap siding and painted to match existing home. Deck will eventually get custom built mission-style railing to match front handrail. Pella sliding glass door was installed onto new deck as well as a french door. New energy star rated large windows were installed. Composite trim was used around the windows and doors and new seamless gutters was installed around the entire home. The new addition was for a new kitchen and laundry room. [view photos]

3-Tier Colored Concrete Walkway- Hurley, NY
Project Description: Formed and poured a custom three tier front walkway from driveway to new front porch. The walkway was made to be 4ft wide and is 42ft long. Steps on tiers were made to be 6in to match step height on front porch. The concrete was colored a sage tan to match the new paint scheme on the home. [view photos]

Craftsman Mission Style Front Porch with Mission Handrails - Hurley, NY
Project Description: Built a completely custom front porch with new concrete support footings, new pressure treated columns wrapped with pvc boards to mimic simple craftsman square columns, new hand railing that was based on mission style handrailing and stained the entire deck a rich color to compliment the simplicity of this small home. Existing porch was sagging 6 inches and had no support at all. [view photos]

Exterior Painting and Pressure Powerwashing - Hurley, NY
Project Description: This project was to scrape existing loose paint and pressure powerwash the entire house. Primed and Painted all cedar clap boards as well as all the trim. Fully transforming the look of the entire home with a color to match the style of this small home. [view photos]

Composite Decking - Multi-Level Deck - West Nyack, NY
Project Description: This project was to replace existing pressure treated decking material with TREX Composite Decking on a 3-tier multi-level deck along with stair case railings. All material was secured down with composite deck screws. Material was installed on an angle to match existing deck design.[view photos]

Custom Fireplace Mantel - Tenafly , NJ
Project Description: Built a custom fireplace mantel and wrapped new mantel around existing built in bookcases. Built four custom sized doors and installed all new trim molding for a custom built in look. [view photos]

Deck Repair and Deck Staining- River Vale, NJ
Project Description: This project was to repair an existing deck, replacing posts and top handrail as well as some broken spindles. Entire deck was was then powerwashed and stained with a new indian corn (red) stain for an updated new look. [view photos]

Exterior Pressure Treated Railing - Ramsey, NJ
Project Description: Removed builder's temporary subpar railing on exterior porch and install new custom pressure treated railing with copper post tops. All material was anchored to the concrete steps and the house. [view photos]

Custom Craftsman Mission Style Hand Railing - River Vale, NJ
Project Description: Built a custom craftsman mission style hand railing down a set of stairs.. The custom built hand railing and post was wrapped with custom craftsman style trim and stained to match existing oak flooring. [view photos]

Custom Craftsman-Style Mission Bookcase - River Vale, NJ
Project Description: Built a custom craftsman mission inspired bookcase. The custom built-in was wrapped with custom craftsman style trim base molding that was tied into the rest of the room. A custom slate top was installed and mission hardware completed the bookcase. [view photos]

Small Bathroom Remodel with Shower Stall - River Vale, NJ
Project Description: This project entailed completely remodeling a small master bedroom bathroom from demolition down to the studs and floor joists. Work included a custom shaped shower enclosure with frameless glass enclosure and oil rubbed bronze hardware, glass inlay tile and custom marble threshold. All new window and door with custom wood trim molding. Vanetian Plaster and Crown Molding along with subway tile throughout the shower enclosure finished out this custom bathroom remodel. Deck Repair and Deck Staining- River Vale, NJ
Project Description: This project was to repair an existing deck, add new railing along one side of the deck to match existing deck, add new structural corner braces to the deck and lag bolt to the ledger board. Deck was then powerwashed and stained with a new weathered gray stain for an updated new look. [view photos]

Attic Conversion - Westwood , NJ
Project Description: Convert existing paneled attic into new master bedroom suite. Remove all old wood paneling, insulate walls, build new wall with double french doors, install new drywall, skimcoat, prime and paint. In addition we installed 4 new pre-hung doors, all new colonial trim molding and painted baseboard radiators. [view photos]

Painting Bedrooms in a Split Level Home- River Vale, NJ
Project Description: This project including painting three bedrooms, including all ceiling, trim and doors. All walls and ceiling were patched as needed, walls and ceiling were primed and two coats of white on the ceiling and two coats of custom color on the walls. Project Description: Change typical garage doors into carriage style garage doors with the addition of custom molding and trim. Exterior siding was removed and replaced with new cedar siding. Project Description: Built a set of custom bookcases, bookshelves and fireplace mantel from floor to ceiling on either side of fireplace. Project Description: This project including building a custom maple entertainment center, expanding opening, re-framing walls, removing sliding door, installation of two 4'x4' casement windows, custom trim molding, drywall installation and siding exterior of home. Project Description: Built a set of custom bookcases and bookshelves from floor to ceiling on either side of a custom fireplace mantel that houses a large flat screen plasma tv. Along other side of room, built floor to ceiling matching bookcase. Bathroom Remodel - Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ
Project Description: This project entailed remodeling two full bathrooms. The first floor bathroom remodel included a custom shaped shower enclosure with frameless glass enclosure, marble inlay tile and custom wood vanity with marble top. The second floor bathroom remodel included marble flooring, custom wood trim molding, subway tile shower surround, electric heated floor and a frameless glass enclosure. Kitchen Remodel - West Nyack, NY
Project Description: This project was a complete kitchen remodel from demolition to custom cabinetry and granite countertop installation. New sub-floor was installed over joists and 1/4" tile backer before setting beautiful 18" tile on 45 degree angle. All walls were skimcoated smooth and prime & painted. Kitchen Remodel - River Vale , NJ
Project Description: This project was phase I of a kitchen remodel and included the stripping and staining the cabinets with a rich, dark cherry stain. We removed all hardware from cabinets and replaced with oil-rubbed bronze hardware. Installed stainless-steel gas cooktop, stainless-steel hood, stainless-steel dishwasher and stainless-steel sink. Installed laminate countertops and tiled backsplashs. Finishing touches included applying venetian plaster on the walls, installing halogen recessed lighting, under cabinet lighting and painting all trim molding. [view photos]

Interior French Door Installation and Headers - Closter, NJ
Project Description: This project was installation of two interior six foot french doors. In an existing opening the door was installed and trim molding installed. On opposite site wall, opening was created, new header was installed, drywall was patched and new trim molding was installed. Complete Home Remodel - River Edge, NJ
Project Description: This project entailed a complete home remodel including opening two load bearing walls and creating an island and arched passway, installation of ceramic tile flooring, finishing hardwood flooring, painting & skimcoating all walls, remodeling two bathrooms, reframe new floor in previous den addition, installation of berber carpet, custom 5/4" oak thresholds, new front entrance door, new custom pressure treated fence and gate and custom granite counter top fabrication. Metal Framing Basement - Wycoff, NJ
Project Description: The homeowner wanted us to simply frame out the basement and create two rooms, two closets and one large open area. We used steel metal studs to frame out the parimeter of the basement and built sofits to cover the i-beams. A dri-core sub-floor was installed over the concrete slab. The homeowner was going to finish the basement off themselves once framing was completed. [view photos]

Exterior Trim Carpentry - Woodcliff Lake , NJ
Project Description: This project was to remove all existing pine molding that original builder installed that was rotted from improper caulking and installation. Custom milled fluted side molding was used to replace rotted pine. All side casing, detailed wrap around trim molding and kick plate molding were also replaced. The materials used to replace were made of foam and pvc that does require paint and will not warp or rot from water or insects. [view photos]

Staircase Built - River Vale, NJ
Project Description: Built custom staircase to a remodeled basement. Mixed a custom stained and applied on solid oak risers and treads to match existing pre-finished hardwood floors. Applied 4 coats of poly for added protection and both risers and treads were secured with 16 gauge finished nails and no-squeek construction adhesive. [view photos]

Custom Built Radiator Cover - Nyack, NY
Project Description: Built Custom Radiator Cover to match existing craftsman-style features of the home. The baseboard molding was custom made to also fit existing molding throughout the home. A bracket was built to support the cover to the wall and easily be removed to service the radiator. The client choose to paint the cover themselves. [view photos]

Exterior Pella® French Door Installation and Interior Remodeling - River Vale, NJ
Project Description: Remove existing window and frame out for new six foot Pella architect series french door and new Pella window. Structural header beam was installed. Framed a new closet and removed existing closet opening the foyer space up. Drywall, insulation, mud and tape. Project Description: This project was to demo existing kitchen and frame out a new addition off the back of the house. Add new structural support beams for new larger opening between kitchen and dining room and reposition windows and doors.
