Project: Upon completion of a new addition, a new kitchen was built along with a room to house the laundry room. The kitchen included solid maple mission style kitchen cabinets, solid 1" thick granite counters, engineered hardwood flooring, custom bookcase, custom mission style doors and trim work. New electrical and new plumbing was run to all the new appliances. A pot filler was installed over the range. New subway tile and glass insert tile was used as a backsplash. Room was painted and existing hardwood floors in the dining room and rest of the home was sanded and stained to match new pre-finished hardwood in kitchen. Entire addition was insulated with spray foam insulation. Check out the video.
