Location: Hurley, NY
Project: Built a small addition and a large deck onto a small home in Upstate New York. Small addition measures 14' x 12' and deck measures 22' x 14'. New addition was wrapped in cedar lap siding and painted to match existing home. Deck will eventually get custom built mission-style railing to match front handrail. Pella sliding glass door was installed onto new deck as well as a french door. New energy star rated large windows were installed. Composite trim was used around the windows and doors and new seamless gutters was installed around the entire home. The new addition was for a new kitchen and laundry room.
